One-Time sessions: Can I adjust session limits (guest count, time, session quality) post purchase?

All one time session purchases are final. The configuration at the time of purchase represents the maximum configuration that can be used when setting up your session. As part of the session scheduling and session settings configuration process, you may chose a lower guest count or adjust to a shorter time, and lower quality Audio and Video settings may be chosen, but you will not receive a refund. Any higher quality settings beyond what was purchased will not appear for you in the session configuration drop downs to choose.

I purchased a one time session. How long do I have to be able to use it before it expires?

Purchased one-time sessions expire 90 days after purchased.

I signed up for a Free Test Drive, how long do I have to use the 3 sessions before they expire?

Free Test Drive sessions expire 30 days after you signed up for them.

I purchased a subscription. When does it expire?

Subscriptions are active and will auto-renew until a cancellation is initiated.

I purchased a one-time session with 3 hours. Does the clock start when I start the session (conference call) or when I start the stream?

Time is deducted from the fixed amount purchased starting the moment “Start Stream” is pressed for the first time.

Subsequent stop/start stream actions do not pause the timer.

When you are 15 minutes from the end of the timelimit purchased, if you did not enable “automatic session extension" when scheduling the session, you will be presented with an option to manually extend the session by purchasing another session with the same specs to transition seamlessly into once the 15 minutes are up.

If you do nothing, the stream will stop at the end of the 15 minute timer, but the session will remain open for an additional 15 minutes to continue communicating with Guests, and to review and export timecoded comments.

I have a one-time session, what happens if I start and stop the stream? If I stop the stream for any reason and I wasn’t finished with the session, am I wasting the session?

Starting and stopping the stream does not restart the session timer or end the session. During your 3 hour session, you may start and stop the stream as many times as you would like.
