How to Cancel Your Remoto Subscription

Step 1) Log into your Remoto product and access your account profile Step 2) Click on the “Customer Portal” button to be re-directed to the Stripe Customer Portal. Step 3) Click on Cancel Subscription and confirm Step 4) Confirm cancellation

Should you desire to cancel your Remoto subscription, please follow the steps below. 

Step 1) Log into your Remoto product and access your account profile

Log into your Remoto product, and navigate to your Profile window, and click on the Products tab. 

If you have an active subscription, it will be listed in the top portion of the tab, and there will be a “Customer Portal” button. 

Step 2) Click on the “Customer Portal” button to be re-directed to the Stripe Customer Portal.

This portal will include current information as to what type of subscription has been paid for, the payment method, and a history of payments made against the subscription. 

Step 3) Click on Cancel Subscription and confirm

In the stripe payment portal, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button in the upper right. This will bring you to a page to confirm your cancellation. Even though you are cancelling, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing period, and you will still be able to use your subscription through the date noted. 

Step 4) Confirm cancellation

Once you hit “Cancel Subscription” from the above page, your subscription will be cancelled. You can renew if you change your mind.
